Refund policy
You may return any online purchase without customized engraving or embossing to our customer service center within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
You may also return it to our retail store in the U.S. for an exchange or store credit only.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. NO MAS! PRODUCTIONS, INC is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler other than NO MAS! PRODUCTIONS, INC) cannot be accepted.
